Pastoral Care Team

The Pastoral care Team ...

meets in the church several times a year to plan, listen to one another and pray together. At least one of the meetings each year is dedicated to learning about new ways of offering pastoral care to congregation members and this also includes some input from a guest speaker. Every member of the team is assigned a small group of church members with whom they commit to stay in touch and communicate on a regular basis. The team also endeavours to look out for those in need especially around Christmas time.
