Every so often we find ourselves in need of help, especially when faced with certain difficulties and challenges which characterise the Christian season of Lent: Jesus support as he prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane. The disciples, who were invited and called upon to be with Jesus, stay awake and alert, and join him in prayer, could not do so as they were too tired. They had travelled with Jesus from the Galilean region to Judea in the southern part of the country. Therefore, they were physically exhausted.
